If that digit is 5 or more, round UP β¬οΈ

What if the number is smaller than the rounding number?
Sometimes you might need to round a number like 582 to the nearest 1000.
582 does not have a digit in the thousands place.
To solve this, just add a zero in front.
582 becomes 0582
Now you can follow the same steps. The important digit is 0, and the digit to its right is 5.
